سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال | Return & Refund Policy

نحرص في متجرنا على رضا عملائنا وتقديم تجربة شراء موثوقة، ونعمل وفق أنظمة وزارة التجارة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
We are committed to providing a reliable shopping experience and operate in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

أولاً: طبيعة توفير المنتجات | Product Sourcing
يتم توفير بعض منتجات المتجر من خلال موردين محليين ودوليين موثوقين، وقد يتم شحن الطلب مباشرة من مستودعات الموردين بهدف تسريع التوصيل وتوفير أفضل الأسعار.
Some products are sourced from trusted local and international suppliers, and orders may be shipped directly from supplier warehouses to ensure faster delivery and better pricing.

نؤكد أننا مسؤولون بشكل كامل عن الطلب من لحظة إتمام الشراء وحتى استلامه من قبل العميل.
We take full responsibility for the order from the moment it is placed until it is delivered to the customer.

ثانياً: الاسترجاع والاستبدال | Returns & Exchanges
يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال (7) أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج:
Customers may request a return or exchange within (7) days of receiving the order, provided that the product is: 

• بحالته الأصلية | In its original condition

• غير مستخدم | Unused

• في تغليفه الأصلي | In original packaging

• مرفق بجميع ملحقاته | With all accessories included

ثالثاً: المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة | Defective or Incorrect Items
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للوصف:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع كامل المبلغ أو الاستبدال | Full refund or replacement is available

• يتحمل المتجر كافة التكاليف | The store covers all related costs

• يجب تقديم طلب خلال (48) ساعة مع صور واضحة | Request must be submitted within 48 hours with clear photos

رابعاً: تغيير الرأي | Change of Mind
في حال رغبة العميل بالاسترجاع بدون وجود عيب:
If the customer wishes to return the product without any defect:

• يمكن تقديم الطلب خلال (7) أيام | Request must be within 7 days

• يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن | Customer bears shipping costs

• يتم تقييم الحالة وقد يتم تعويض جزئي | Subject to approval or partial compensation

خامساً: آلية الاسترجاع | Return Process
نظرًا لطبيعة الشحن، قد لا يُطلب إعادة المنتج في بعض الحالات، ويتم الاكتفاء بـ:
Due to shipping nature, returning the item may not always be required. Instead:

• استرداد المبلغ | Refund

• أو إعادة شحن المنتج | Or replacement shipment

سادساً: استرداد المبالغ | Refunds

• يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال (5 إلى 7) أيام عمل | Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

• بنفس وسيلة الدفع | Via the original payment method

• بدون رسوم إذا كان الخطأ من المتجر | No fees if the error is from the store

سابعاً: الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping

• يتم توضيح مدة الشحن قبل الشراء | Shipping time is clearly stated before checkout

• تبدأ مدة الاسترجاع من تاريخ الاستلام | Return period starts upon delivery
